Thanks for updates.

I understand that you even encountered problem when configuring the CEICW
wizard, do you encountered any error there, could you send me the
icwlog.txt then we can identify if there are some problem on your network
setting.

Another question, if the issue occur on the outbound emails, is there any
problem on the smarthost setting, you can run the telnet ISP smarthost Ip
address:25 to see what is results.

Please also make sure that your authentication about smarthost is
correctly. Please also check if you have any exchange error message on the
event view?
