1: Exchange is configured for Smarthost on ISP, I have rerun CEICW many
times.
2: No NDR messages
3: There was a problem with internal emails, however this was resolved, by
runnibg the CEICW
4: I am not sure, but I think it happens a lot on out bound mail.
5) Yes, TrendMicro, Client, Server, Messaging Suite.
