Hello Luiz,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that you plan to set up two SBS 2K3 Domains, Company1.local
Clients want to access the SQL Application on Company2.local. If I have
misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
Thanks a lot for Andrew's input! Luiz, from your description, it seems that
your Network Topology is:
{Internet} {Switch} {Company1.local Domain + Company2.local Domain}
As Andrew said, we cannot have two DHCP Services enabled on the Switch. We
suggest that you use a Router rather than the Switch. Also, we suggest that
you register two Public IP addresses on the Router to tell from these two
SBS domains for Internet Access. For example, RWW and OWA.
Regarding how to access the SQL Application, I am sorry at this stage, due
to lack of detail information, there are many possible scenario. I need
your help to gather following information to have a clear idea what exact
scenario you have:
1. How many NICs have being installed on Company1.local or Company2.local?
2. Does ISA Server install on the Company1.local or Company2.local?
3. Does the "SQL Application" install on Company1.local or Company2.local?
4. Please explain in detail "access SQL Application". We need to know how
clients communicate with the SQL Application. For example: SQL clients
access SQL Database, or clients run SQL application.

Please take your time to gather the information. I am looking forward to
hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
