RWW timing out

Hello and Thanks in Advance for any help,

Here is the set up we are having issues with.
An SBS 2003 Server
A Windows 2003 server running terminal server.
They connect using RWW
The SBS server is configured with the terminal server as an application
server.
All works fine in the configuration execpt.
When a remove user connects to the SBS Server and then connects to the 2003
server they connect fine open the main application and work, if they are
idle for a very short period of time 10 to 15 minutes they get disconnected
and have to reconnect.

After doing some research I tried the following to try and resolve the issue
but they clients are still disconnecting.
Here is the reg key that I change
HKLM\software\microsoft\smallbusinessserver\remoteuserportal trusted time
out and public time out
I set both limits public and private to 240 minutes (4 hours).

Any help is appreciated, they are beating me up on this one..
