Brandy, we have a fellow MVP who when seeing the "SBS Sharepoint" will tell this poster to post back here. Is there anyway we can keep this thread here?

Hello Mike,
Thank you for posting back!
I understand that the "SharePoint 2.0 Update" was a windows update for sbs 1 month ago, and there was no error when installing it. You cannot save and close/rename the other files in other document libraries.
This appears to be related to Windows SharePoint Services, not SBS Fax Service. This inquiry would best be posted to the <microsoft.public.sharepoint> Newsgroup. The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other customers who read the newsgroups regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.
Thank you for your understanding!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee

Hello Mike,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that after installed SharePoint updates on SBS Server, you cannot save the incoming fax property in Companyweb. If I have misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
**************** You are correct ****************
Due to lack of detail information for troubleshooting, I need your help
to
gather following information for research:
1. What exact "sharepoint 2.0 update" you have installed. Is it Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2 or any other updates? If possible, I strongly suggest that give me the "sharepoint 2.0 update" web link.
**************** don't know, it was on the windows update for sbs about a month ago ****************
2. Did you successfully install the update? Did you meet any error
message
during installation?
**************** no errors ****************
3. If you move a fax to another Document Library, can you rename the fax? Can you save and close its property?
****************
no, all doc libraries show same symptoms, cannot rename but can delete and open
****************
4. Can you rename new incoming faxes?
**************** no ****************
5. In Companyweb, Can you rename other files in other Document Libraries?
Can you save and close other files' properties in other Document Libraries?
**************** no ****************
6. Just double confirm, after install "sharepoint 2.0 update", the issue occurs.
**************** correct ****************
