Sharepoint client access problem

I have SBS2003 SP1 with ISA2004 and up until recently (not sure exactly
when) all was fine but now no clients can access any of the sharepoint
sites (companyweb, OWA, RWW etc) although all these are accessible on
the SBS server. The clients get "Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The ISA
Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202) "

Point to note:

1. Sharepoint on SBS box seems to be fine and can browse
localhost/remote, exchange etc
2. Can ping e.g. companyweb from clients
3. Can log onto sharepoint on server using osql -E -S
<server>\sharepoint
4. External internet access from clients is fine.

Is this really an ISA problem rather than a sharepoint problem?

Thanks in advance

Stuart
