Your internal and external NICS are using the same IP subnet address range.

Make sure they are both on different IP subnets.

Fix this via the CEICW and I expect all your problems will go away.

I suggest keep your external NIC on 192.168.1.3/24 and change your internal
NIC to 172.16.1.1/24 (I personally try to steer clear of using 192.168.x.x
for internal NICs because so many appliances like ADSL router/modems use
192.168 addresses.).
