RE: RWW problem on one Client machine



Charles,

Thank you for your response. I have downloaded the docuements you suggested
and will attempt to repair the situation. I remain concerned because the
problem is not related to the user at all but is just that specific computer.
We have other identical machines in other offices nearby. John has gone
next door to Alice's office and can use RWW without problem. Alice went into
John's office and got the same message.

I think we are looking for something on his client. We will try the regedit
to see if that solves the problem.
