Considering the current condition, please kindly help me collect the
following information for further analysis:
1. Please make some screen shots when you are experiencing the OWA
issue, and then attach them in your reply.
2. Are there any event logs related to this issue?
3. Please reproduce this issue, and then gather the most recent IIS log
files from C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles to me for analysis.
