RE: Can't RDP to sever's desktop through RWW

Dear Customer,

Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.

I understand that you cannot log on SBS Server desktop through RWW. If I
have misunderstood your issue, please let me know.

Based on my experience, there are varies of factors can cause this issue,
so please help to gather following information:

1. Does this issue occur in LAN or from the Internet?

2. Does this issue occur to all clients or several clients?

3. If change another computer, can you RDP to SBS Server desktop through
RWW?

4. Log in RWW, click "Connect to Client Desktops", can you RDP to other
domain computers' desktops?

5. Open IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced, uncheck the box "Show
friendly HTTP error messages". Reproduce the issue, what is the new error
message? Please type the exact error message word by word to the Newsgroup.
Please do not edit any error message, we need the exact information for
accurate research.

6. For your additional information:

I suggest that you read through the following KB articles. If you have the
exact same issue, please apply the steps and check whether the issue
