SMTP mail

It is working except going to one company, it just sits in the queue
retrying giving notifications of delayed.
To make matters worse the emails are to me their IT supplier...lol
I am receiving emails from everywhere else. I changed the DNS servers for
the ISP... pulling the hair I have left trying to solve this...
