Before we go further, please kindly help me collect some information to
isolate the issue so that it can be resolved efficiently.
I. What is the accurate error massage when you tried connect to computer in
SBS 2003 domain from ISA 2000 side? Could you catch a screen shot for me
when reproduced the issue?
To make a screen shot:
A. When reproduced issue, Press Alt + Pr Scrn to capture a screen shot.
B. From Start, go to Run, enter pbrush in the Open box, and then click OK.
C. Use Ctrl + V to paste the screen shot to the canvas.
D. From the File menu, go to Save and save as a JPG file.
II. Could you find any related error event logged in Event Viewer? If yes,
please paste the detail error information in the newsgroup.
III. Please help to collect ISA log for analyze:
1. Open ISA Management console, navigate to 'Monitoring
Configuration'\'Logs'. In the right panel, right-click 'Packet filters' and
choose 'Properties'.
2. In the 'Fields' tab, select ALL log fields. Also enable all the log
fields for 'ISA Server Firewall service' and 'ISA Server web proxy service'
log. Navigate to 'Monitoring'\'Services', restart the ISA related services.
3. After reproducing the problem, compress the C:\Program Files\Microsoft
ISA Server\ISAlogs\ folder and send it to me for research.
NOTE: Please let me know the web site name on which the issue occurs.
