Offline folders icon still displays in startup menu
Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry
Hello,
I have a laptop connecting via a wireless AP. The DHCP is lease is issued by
the SBS 2003 Box. I have the My Documents folder configured for offline
syncronization when logging on with a user's profile while not connected to
the SBS box.
When a user authenticates into the SBS box, the laptop still produces an
icon stating that the computer is offline and cannot syncronize. I can reach
the server with a UNC path, and access all shared resources on the domain
controller. I can right click the "my docs folder" and syncronize without
any problems. Why would this error message still be displayed or what am I
missing to fix this problem. TIA
Joe
