Hi James
You should not be using VPN for Outlook over HTTP. You should set it up with
RWW and then it will work with any Internet connection except AOL. Be sure
your Certificate in CEICW is correct for the address you use in
Https://address/remote and fo;;ow thw instructions CAREFULLY in the link on
the Login screen
