HI Mr Wang,
Let me clarify it first, we could not use NT driver on SBS 2003, it might
cause a lot of uncompatible issue, if the Dcom error can not resolved after
trying the steps above, it should be caused by the NT tape driver. (Note
that the Dcom error should relate with the third party driver)
We can try our best to help you on SBS side, but the issue should be caused
by the tape driver, so you might have to contact with the vendor for new
Windows 2003 compatible driver or we could not make sure if it will work or
not.
