Thanks for your reply.

To narrow down the issue, would you please help me collect the following
information?

1. Does the issue occur on the SBS server console?
2. Does the issue occur on all clients?
3. If you try to reinstall the printer drivers on both the SBS server and
the clients, does the issue occur?

However I still want to clarify that the printer is not on HCL and we
cannot guarantee its functionality.
