HI Lanwench,
Definately not syncing to the server. All data is stored locally in yes pst
files. Will look today to see how I can correct this. Seems the exchange
account is a seperate mailbox in the users outlook. No mail is stored there
though but I can view the folders.
Gonna perform a backup of all mailboxes, accounts,contacts etc. Empty
outlook completely - remove all accounts and data and mailboxes.
Hopefully when I recconnect to exchange the main mailbox will be the
exchange one on the server. I can then import all the existing data back in.
If this does not work I am stuck as how to move the pst's to the server.
May save these tasks till the weekend.
