RE: word reports an error when trying to print

hi Crina,
thx for your time spent with this item..
matter of fact is that i did a full re-installation of my sbs2003premium and
re-connected the winxpsp2 clients w/o problems..
before the re-install the printer worked fine with everyone..
now it does not..
i can print a wordpad or notepad but when trying to print an office 2003
word - or an acrobat doc - then the error message comes up..
all clients have full access to the printer..
i can ping the printer from all clients..
i have no other printer to test..
