Hi Graeme,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
>From the description, I understand the issue to be: you receive the error
"Access denied to system because of URL Filter Configuration. Your system
was configured to deny access to the requested URL" when you access
www.etsautilities.com.au. If I have misunderstood your concerns, please do
not hesitate to let me know.
You can check the following on SBS and client computer:
1. Open IE and then Click Internet Options on Tools tab.
2. Click Connections and then click LAN settings.
3. Check if you have selected Bypass proxy server for local addresses.
4. Select Automatically detect settings and then click Advanced.
5. Check if www.etsautilities.com.au is listed in the Exceptions column.
6. If it still does not work, please do not use Proxy server to see how
thing goes.
Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Crina Li (MSFT)

| I have SBS2003 premium with ISA 2000, two nics, a network of XP pro
| workstations. Web page access is fine except for one specific URL. When
| accessing www.etsautilities.com.au I receive the message: 'Access denied
to
| system because of URL Filter Configuration. Your system was configured to
| deny access to the requested URL.'
|
| I dont have any filters on my local machine or SBS2003 machine to
restrict
| URL access. I have checked the ISA logs and can see the URL request
| (webextd), but no 'blocked' is present in the ippextd log file.
|
| The MS knowledge base indicates this maybe an error with LAN settings,
but
| is not applicable to XP or SBS2003
| (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307588).
|
| Using my laptop I can access this page outside of the SBS2003 network
(home
| DSL access). Does anyone have any ideas.
