Thanks for your update!
Which group policy you try to edit? Please note the policy you need edit is
the "Default Domain Policy", it can be found on the SBS server box (Server
Management console -> Advanced Management -> Group Policy Management ->
Forests -> Domains -> yourserverdomain -> Group policy Objects -> Default
Domain Policy)
What is your SBS version? SBS 2003 or SBS 2000? English version or others?
You can try to directly input AutoCAD to the Exception list to test and let
me know the result.
