HI Nihat,
Welcome to SBS newsgroup.
Issue description:
============
I understand that you want to know if it is possible to run BCM on the SBS
2003 server.
Analyzing and suggestion:
============
Unfortunately, we are unable to install BCM and SBS on the same computer.
The reason is that Microsoft does not support installing Outlook and
Exchange Server on the same computer and BCM must be installed with
Outlook. The Product Support group does not support the coexistence of
Outlook and Exchange on the same computer in a production environment. For
more detailed information, please refer to the following Knowledge Base
article:
266418 Microsoft does not support installing Exchange Server components and
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=266418
Note: From the Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 update 831747,
Outlook 2003 with BCM users are allowed to configure an Exchange Server
service in their mail profile, as long as the Exchange Server is a
Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003-based computer. However,
please note that the Outlook and Exchange Server cannot be installed on one
computer. For more detailed information about this BCM update, please refer
to the following Knowledge Base article.
831747 Overview of the Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 update:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=831747
As I know, the BCM is design to be used on the network environments without
any server, although now it can be used on an Exchange existing
environments, Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update does not
use the sharing functionality in Windows Small Business Server 2003 or
Exchange Server 2003 to share customer information. So we could not use OWA
to access the shared data.

Thanks for your understanding on this issue, please feel free to post back,
if you have any further concerns. I am glad to be of further assistance.
Best regards,
Charles Yang (MSFT)
