Hi JD,

Thanks for using the SBS newsgroup!

For you description, I understand that the issue to be: one user can not
load RWW site and always got user and password screen. If I am off base,
please don't hesitate to let me know.

Before we go further, please kindly help me collect some information to
isolate the issue so that it can be resolved efficiently.

I. Does the issue happen on LAN computer or external computer? Please try
both scenarios and let me know the result.

Please check the following settings:

1. Log on one PC as that user
2. Launch Internet Explorer
3. Click menu "Tools"->"Internet Options"
4. Under "Security", click "Local intranet"
5. Click "Custom Level" button
6. Under "User Authentication", choose "Automatic logon only in Intranet
zone"
7. Click OK to return

On SBS server:
1. Click "Start"->"Administrative Tools"->"Internet Information Services
(IIS) Manager
2. On the left, extend the console tree
3. Right-click the WSS server
4. Click "Properties"
5. In "Directory Security" tab, click "Edit" under "Authentication and
access control"
6. Confirm that only "Integrated Windows authentication" is checked

II. Please try to use other user accounts to test, how about the result?
Can the user logon the RWW site after he try to input user account and
password many times? What is the accurate error massage you got? Please
reproduce the whole process and help me catch some screen shots for analyze.

To make a screen shot:
A. Press Alt + Pr Scrn to capture a screen shot.
B. From Start, go to Run, enter pbrush in the Open box, and then click OK.
C. Use Ctrl + V to paste the screen shot to the canvas.
D. From the File menu, go to Save and save as a JPG file.

Please paste images in the newsgroup or send to my mailbox:

III. Please try to disable Web proxy (IE-> Tools -> Internet Options ->
connections -> LAN settings -> Proxy server) to test using URL:
https://publicIP/remote and https://FQDN/remote (if the computer in LAN,
please try to test using https://servername/remote and https://internal
serverIP/remote), how about the result?

I appreciate your time! I am happy to be assistance of you and look forward
to your reply!

Have a nice day!
