Hello Crina,
Thanks you for the quick responce,
I have already tried most of this but had not seen the top 6 steps before.
I did the top 6 and it started to work internally.
Still can not get to the server from outside our firewall
I can now get into RWW :)
I can select to connect to server desktop
I can select the server
when I hit connect it says connecting...
after a while it time out and gives this error:
VBScript: remote Desktop Disconnected
the client could not connect to teh remote computer...
Any ideas?
What more info do you need from me?
Also, without divulging any of your trade secrets. How did you find the fix
for this; I searched everywhere. Also, why would these settings be off to
begin with?
