I understand that you want to know how to permanently change the default
view of incoming fax on the companyweb.
Analyzing and suggestion:

Generally speaking, we can change the default view of companyweb from the
all documents to explorer view. You can refer to my steps below:
1. Open the companyweb.
2. Click the incoming fax link on the homepage.
3. Choose modify the setting and columns.
4. In the view section, select the one you want to set as the default view.
5. Check set as the default view on the next page.
6. Finish the setting.
You will see it is set as the default view next time when you enter into
incoming fax section on companyweb.
