DHCP not working!

HELP! I have no idea why, but I've noticed that the DHCP server in SBS2K3
Prem. is not assigned IP addresses to any of our PCs now.

I'm currently connected on my PC on the network, but have no idea how that's
happening. I don't see the IP address listed in the "Address Leases" in
DHCP.

I've checked the Event logs, but I don't see any errors that tells me why
DHCP stopped working.

I've rebooted the server, but that didn't help either.

Any ideas on how to proceed to fix this? Is there a way to "reset" the DHCP
and start clean with it?
