RE: document spools then disappears in Remote printing in RWW

Hi Joe,

Thanks for your update.

Can I confirm with your current situation as follows?

1. After connected the printer to the server box and shared it, the server
can print fine. All client workstations print fine also. If not the
situation, please describe more detail to your situation.

2. What is your meaning of "It prints fine locally on the XP machine that I
am logging in to RWW with."? Do you mean that you log the LAN XP machine
then access RWW site and then connect to the server box to print? Or you
access RWW site then connect to the XP machine and then print?

3. I am not sure what is meaning of "At the remote site, loging in via RWW,
it shows up as available in the server as installed on the remote
computer.".

Do you mean that when access RWW site and then connect to the server box,
then use the printer to print? Please try to print a .txt file to test, if
the file can not be printed, where do you find the file? The remote machine
printer queue or the server printer queue?

4. Could you let me know if the remote machine has a printer connected? I
suggest you take a look at the following article to get information to try
to resolve your scenario.
