RE: filenames changing

Hello Bleck,

Thank you for posting in the SBS newsgroup.

Before we go any further, please let me know the following information so
that we can understand your situation more clearly.

1. Does this issue occur on SBS 2003 Server or other client workstations
(Windows XP or Windows 2000)? Does it happen the same way on any other
systems?

2. What has been changed?

3. What service packs and updates were applied?

4. What are the steps to reproduce the problem?

5. Please provide the exact problem symptom with any screenshots if
possible.

6. Did you have ever change the "Regional and Language Options" of the
problematic computer?

To check it, click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel, double-click
"Regional and Language Options" icon, click Regional Options tab,
double-check if the "Short date" and "Long date" is correct.

7. If the issue persists, please run "regedit" (without the quotation
marks) on the problematic computer, click Edit -> Find, input sShortDate in
the "Find What" box, click Find Next, then change the Value Data to correct
format.

I appreciate your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, please feel
