Re: SBS 2003 Rebuild: How to migrate domain, clients and user prof

I tried to move one of my computers over and this is what happened.
I removed the computer from the domain and set it up on a workgroup. I then
ran the http://SBSServer/connnectcomputer and it prompted me for a UserName
and Password but now matter what I typed it would come back and say it
couldn't reach the SBS server to validate the user. What is going on?
I ended up joining up to the domain again directly from the My
Computer->System Properties window. This prompted for a username and
password. It worked but created a brand new user profile. I ended up having
to manually copy all the settings and files over.
I really don't want to do this again on the other computers. Can you please
help me.
Thanks.
