If you can log on to the workstation with cached login then you can
see the users "old" profile. Clean up their temp items in IE and other
places. Use the File and Settings export wizard. If you do not have XP
I thnk you should be able to grab all the important stuff from their
old folder in the Documents and Settings. I suspect if you had a
joe.companydomain folder then you may have a joe.companydomain1 when
you get the machine connected to the new server. You need
administrator rights to get to those old folders.
