Re: companyweb and remote web workplace

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi,

Thanks for your update.

I am some confused by your test output. Did you perform test from internet
computer? If yes, you need to use the SBS server box public IP address
rather than internal IP address (192.168.0.2). Please try to test again and
paste the result in the newsgroup.

If you test the issue in LAN, all ports in LAN should be opened. Why you
got the result?

Or you have changed your public IP with an invalid IP for you don't want
others know your network real IP? If so, the tests indicate that you can
not open related ports (4125, 443,444) on the software firewall or hardware
firewall/router. Please double check it.

For further isolate the issue, you can disable all software firewall or
hardware firewall/router to test, how about the result?

I appreciate your time! If you have any question on the issue please let me
know. If you don't want to your private information expose to internet, you
can mail me at: v-yanniw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Have a nice day!

Sincerely,

Jenny Wu
