RWW problem

I have a user that has the following prob:

he loads the web page of the remote web workspace and the page with user and
password is shown - he then enters the details and hits login - rather than
loading the next page, it reverts to the user and password screen again.

The cache files have been cleared and caps lock isn't on - it doesn't appear
to be password or user name issue as he can logon from other pcs.

Any ideas?
