If you think the drive is failing, I'd image it, which you'll have to do
with 3rd party software. Paragon has been getting very favorable reviews
from a number of the SBS MVP's, although I have not had a chance to try it
yet myself http://www.paragon.ag/. I'd do this ASAP in case the drive's
condition is worsening.
Have you seen this KB? It worked for me once it a situation that sounds
similar.
