There has to be an Administrator mailbox and email address valid for that to
work. If you have renamed the administrator account that could be the
problem.
That issue is one reason I don't use TM anti-spam, just the A/V. I use GFI
mailessentials for anti-spam and then the user can do more him/herself.
(like add to blacklist, whitelist and see what's been marked as spam)
