Hi Matt,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
You can take ownership of the folder and then set permission for you. You
can do as following:
1. Right click the folder and select Properties.
2. Click Security tab, and then click Advanced.
3. Click Owner tab and then change owner to you. Make sure you have
selected Replace owner on subcontainers and objects.
4. Click Permissions tab and then highlight your account and click Edit.
5. Set Full Control for the account and then click OK.
6. Click OK twice.

| Can't boot into SBS2K3. I need to get files off of the disk but am
| having some trouble.
| By adding the disk as a slave to an XP Pro computer, I can read some
| files but can't open the important "Users Shared Folders" folders ("Not
| accessable. Access is denied."). Is there a way for me authenticate for
| this folder or should I reset all of the permissions? Essentially, I
| just want to pull the files out of this folder, back them up, and
| reinstall SBS2K3. Thanks.
