Thanks for updates.

>From your screenshot, I can see that the issue occurs on all kinds of user
accounts. It should be a wired issue, as you can access the copmanyweb from
the external world.

Some additional questions, as you ask me how to authenticate the external
user to force them to input the user name and password to access the
copmanyweb from internet? I am a little confuse, as I know if you use CEICW
to publish the sharepoint service, you can access the companyweb from the
internet but you need to input the user name and password. So not sure what
is your situation now.

If possible, please rerun CEICW to make sure that the sharepoint services
is checked on the web service selection page then paste back the icwlog.txt
to my mailbox.

Please clarify the issue first, so that we may consider if the companyweb
is published correctly or not. Thanks for your understanding.
