Printer Redirection On TS2000

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a user with a HP 930C Printer.

I have installed the driver on the server but he is unable to print. I have
also used the Printer Redirection tool to install the printer on the server
but that doesn't want to use the new drivers that i have. Any ideas?
