I have only briefed over the articles you linked to an I couldn't find one
that coherantly showed how to create a subscription based email list with
moderation.. perhaps I am missing something and I will read over it again..
but the link to the general Exchange Server Administrators guide sure was
vague for this question. I believe that I understand mail distribution
groups in exchange, but I don't understand how to allow people to
subscribe/unsubscribe themselves manually to and from them.. mainly people
outside of the domain the server is on.. I'll read on more I guess and we'll
keep out old mail server running for now.
