Thanks for your advice. We have a PPPoE connection. However, we are
already using a router that keeps the internet connection alive. The
internet connection itself doesn't seem to be the problem as there are
other devices, which have a direct connection to the router, with
internet connectivity. Only the SBS boxs looses its connectivity to
the router.
