VPN

I have 3 sites to connect via VPN

At the site with SBS 2003 I have a Linksys ADSL Router
At home I have a Netgear Router
My boss has a Dynamode ADSL Router

The SBS2003 is STD eddition

Is a basic ADSL Router sufficient on SBS
(I've just started working here 2 months ago and the kit was alredy in
place)
I've neven done VPN!!

Do I need to do anything special at the Routers
Are there any docs on VPN
My boss also needs access to a Unix box we have next to the SBS (same
network)

Any ponters much appreciated
