Hello Brandy,
Sorry to ear that, i hope you're felling ok now.
Regarding the questions:
1. I have that file in all the computers.
2. Well, in some i didn't even have that registry key. So what i've done was to export it from another computer that had it. And imported it on the ones that didn't had. And it worked out. I managed to start the messenger service.
3. The problem is, in the fax console there are 2 inbound folders "Incoming" and "inbox". This translated to Portuguese would be "A receber" and "Recebidos", and this translation is ok. The problem is that the folder functions are reversed, in english would be that the Incoming folder is acting as the Inbox and the Inbox is acting has the incoming. The folder names are reversed.
In the mean time, like i said i was implementing this Fax Service in another already installed SBS network. I didn't had none of these problems, everything went fine. Only some issues regarding the modem, but it was a USB one, and after exchanging it to a serial connection one it worked perfectly.
Again i thank you for you're help.
My apologize to Jenny Wu has i did not answer the post, but it was a national holiday that day so i didn't see the post until now, sorry about that and thank you for you're help.
Regards, Fernando

Hello Fernando,
Thank you for posting back!
I am sorry that I did not reply you in time, since I was ill and took sick leaves these days.
I understand that all of your client workstations are OEM. Based on my experience, we have seen several similar cases that Messenger Service does not be installed by the OEM, as OEM will customize our Windows XP CDs and Files.
I have checked the registry keys you have sent, and compared with the registry on my test machine, they are all correct. So please help to check:
1. On one of the problematic client workstation, does %SystemRoot%\System32\msgsvc.dll file exist?
2. Still on one of the problematic client workstation, locate at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Messenger, right click Messenger and select Export, please export the registry key as .txt and send to me to check.
3. In your reply, you mentioned "a problem in the translation to Portuguese of the fax console folders", could you please explain in detail?
Thanks a lot for your time and co-operation! I really appreciated it, and am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
