I am sorry for that I can not assist you to solve the problem. I recommend
you call CSS because we may need to collect more key logs or analysis dumps
or connect to your computer to try to find the root cause for the issue.
However, the policy of newsgroup do not allow us do so. If you call CSS, a
dedicated Support Professional will assist you and work together with you
to help you out of the issue.
