HI Paul,

Welcome to SBS newsgroup.

Issue description:
==============

I understand that you encountered problem when accessing the companyweb and
RWW.

Analyzing and suggestion:
=============

Generally speaking, the error 404 should be related to either the file is
corrupt or the home directory is not set correctly. We need rerun CEICW to
make sure that the companyweb and RWW website is published correctly,
please also make sure the certificate is input correctly on the CEICW. You
can refer to the KB article as reference:

825763 How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server
2003
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=825763

If the issue still exists, after you carefully rerun CEICW, we need to
gather more information:

1. Does the issue when you access the companyweb from an internal client
computer or from the SBS server itself?
2. Please also test if you browse the RWW or companyweb from the IIS node,
does the issue still exists or not?
3. Please check the folder remote and companyweb under the inetpub to see
if there are any files existing there.
4. I suggest you also check the IIS node to make sure that the home
directory of each website or virtual directory is point to right directory.
5. Please also make sure that you have applied all the hotfix include SBS
2003 SP1.
6. Please also make sure that the proxy setting is configured correctly on
the SBS server and client side. Please run "ping companyweb" on the command
line from the SBS server and client side to see what is results.
7. Please also check your Asp setting on the IIS to make sure it is
configured correctly.
A. Open Internet Information Service Manager.
B. Open Web Service Extensions.
C. In the right panel, make sure that "ASP.NET v1 1.4322" is allowed. If
not, right click it and select Allow.
D. Click Start->Run, type "iisreset" (without the quotation marks) and
click OK. Then check if RWW works.
