First off, make sure you have proper procedures and poilicies in place that
inform employees that email or data may be inspected at any time, and that
information and work performed on computers are considered company
material -- before you start snooping.
As far as viewing another person's screen, there are free tools like
TightVNC that will allow you to view the screen of another computer in real
time.I use it, not to snoop, but so a user can show me the issue they are
having without my having go to their desk. As far as keystroke logging, just
do a Google on 'keystroke logger' -- there's a zillion free solutions. Some
will log the activity during the day and then automatically FTP the log file
to you every night.
