Thanks for your update. I appreciate your time to the issue. To further
analyze the issue, we need more information. You can compress and email me
the following log files:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Integration\Windows Small Business Server
2003\Logs folder

To save a text copy of Application /System log:

A. Open Event Viewer: Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools ->
Event Viewer.
B. Right-click on Application/System log and select "Save Log File As?".
