Dear Jenny wu,
Thank you very much for the response.
I used Registry Editor to delete PendingFileRenameOperations in the
CurrentControlSet and searched Control001 and Control002 for similar values
but found none.
I restarted the Server and tried to install SQL
I got the message "Setup has detected that the previous install attempt was
not completed. Press Retry to continue installation or Cancel to exit setup.
Then after clicking Retry, got the message "Unable to resume setup. Cannot
retrieve SQL applications directory location."
