Upgrading from NT4 to SBS2003 Premium

We have an NT4 server (workgroup environment) running IIS. It has a complicated configuration with auditing, and lots of users. It's pretty much dedicated to this function, no Exchange or anything else I can think of.

It seems to survive an inplace upgrade to w2k3 Enterprise quite well. However, upgrade to SBS from there does not appear to be supported, from w2k3 Standard it is. We only have copies of Enterprise. Is there anyway around this? Can I use an eval of Standard then upgrade to SBS? Or, would I be better off using ADMT, IIS Migration Tool, reconfiguring the auditing, and hopefully not missing something?

I think all I need is IIS and the Users & Groups; but, I'm afraid I've overlooked something, hence the desire for inplace upgrades.

I can do this all offline without any impact. What's the best way to do this?

Thanks, TV
