Hi Jen,
Thanks for your information!
For your now situation, please do the following tests:
1. Please try to clean install a SBS 2003 on another test machine using the
CDs to test if the Comapywweb site can work. Since we need to ensure there
is any faulty on the SBS installation CDs. You can process the test in a
virtual PC.
2. If the test successfully, please try the following steps to reinstall
the Companyweb site:
I. Change back name of the registry keys and folders
1. Delete the new created version of the registry keys, and change back
name of the original version registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer
2. Delete the new created version of the folders, and change back name of
the folder:
Program Files\Microsoft Integration\Windows Small Business Server 2003
3. Delete the new created version of the folder, and change back name of
the folder:
Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server
II. Once we change the registry keys and folders, please follow KB 829114
article to reinstall the companyweb site. If the process still failed,
please give me the logs file and System and Application logs for analyze.
I appreciate your time and efforts to perform test! I am happy to be
assistance of you!
Have a nice day!
