Hello Andrea,
Thank you for posting back and keeping us updated!
>From your reply, I know this is the first time you tried to send Excel file
and it failed. I am sorry that from your reply, I still do not have
sufficient information for research. I understand that you are currently
not in LAN. However, the error information is very important for us to
troubleshoot your issue, so please take your time to help to gather
following error information:
1. You mentioned "The fax is blocked in "Posta in uscita"", please capture
a screen shot and send to my mailbox: v-branee@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. Please reproduce the issue, and type the exact error message "The error
is on module excel.exe AppVer: 10.0.6501.0" to Newsgroup. We need the exact
error message for accurate research.
3. On the client workstation, run "eventvwr" (without quotation marks),
check whether there is any error. If yes, double click it, click the Copy
button and paste the full content to the Newsgroup.
Please take your time to gather following error information. I am always
standing by and looking forward to your reply!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
