Thanks for updates.

>From your description, it seems you did encounter error when exporting the
file to PST file, as the outlook could not import the PST file you export
from that mailbox. So the issue might be caused by the mailbox is
corrupted. As you replied last time, you encounter problem when logon the
user with that mailbox to OWA or outlook?

So we want to know if you enabled the mailbox for that user, you can right
click the properties of that user to make sure that exchange feature is
enabled for that user and the mailbox and in the exchange general, you can
find the mailbox store for that user.
