Thanks for your update.
For your OS is DELL OEM SBS 2003 version, you need to reinstall it use DELL
OEM SBS 2003 disk.
NO, that doesn't affect reinstall fax service. You just try to process and
let me know the result-).

FYI: I just upgraded to SBS2003 SP1 hoping it would fix this. It didn't.
Does that affect the fax reinstall?
